The hotel is located in an excellent position, very close to the train station and to the bus station to go to the airport while, it is also close to the historical centre. Many restaurants/bars etc of all types can be found in less than 100m. An automatic machine selling water and refreshments is available in the hotel. The hotel personnel is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean and quite large with respect to the room area. The price was really very good with respect to other hotels of the same category.

There has been a balcony, TV and large enough shower. The location is central and there are many bars, restaurants, and super markets in the area. You can get on foot anywhere in the centre. There is train, Metro and Tram and plenty of places to visit and where to go out at night.

If you like slightly old fashioned, run down hotels, this is a great place for you. It's a charming place and the stuff is great: polite, nice and friendly. The location of hotel is great, surrounded by many places to eat and drink (specially in the evening) but rooms (at least the one I stayed in) are quiet anyway.

The hotel is in a generally good location, beside the train station and close to the city centre and parks. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel and doesn't pretend to be. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and although the building is old it seems well kept. I would have no problem in recommending the hotel to others.

Location is at walkable distance from Porta Nuova train station and to centre. Staff is very friendly and useful. Possible to leave temporarily the luggage the day of the checkout.

The hotel has a very central and convenient location (1 min from Porta Nuova) and great value for money, considering the very cost-effective rates! The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean with a comfy mattress and pillows and good-smelling towels. Luckily there was AC in the room as it was one of the hottest days of the year!

Location, close to the train station, underground, trams and buses. Plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, walkable distance to many landmarks. The hotel is in an old but well maintained building which adds more character, most important very clean.

I highly recommend this hotel: the location is good, the rooms are clean, but - most of all - the staff is very correct: I had a wonderful experience with them because I lost something valuable in my room and they were prompt in returning the item to me, after I left. Good people make the place good :)

I liked the location which is nearest to the train station and the centre. The breakfast is more or less okay but it need some improvement to add more Varity. Room is better.
